This is a fast paced and dynamic environment leading a direct and an indirect sales organization within Western Europe. The qualified person in this senior level role should have a thorough understanding of current and future customer needs and trends in the retail channel and be strategically poised to lead as it continues to evolve, change, and grow. Digital expertise and ability to navigate the landscape of modern retail will be pivotal. The Senior Director will skillfully lead Shure’s sales relationship with channel partners, propose, plan, and guide long-term objectives as far as a modern consumer experience in stores and online and identify and develop new opportunities, and strategic partnerships that enhance brand value, while also managing, leading and empowering the Sales Management and Channel Marketing teams - 30 Associates located in various European countries and the UK.
