Are you an experienced sales professional with UC competence and are looking for a new challenge?

 

We are recruiting for a dedicated Senior Specialist, Sales (UC). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Sales, in this role you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts and expanding the client base within the UC, IT, and AV sectors across German/Austria. This role entails generating leads, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with customers, and collaborating with designers, sales teams, and influencers. The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, training, and strategic planning while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. The aim is to ensure that Shure remains the manufacturer of choice for our customers and to build your reputation as the primary Shure contact in the UC industry. This position is based in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer accounts and grow the client base within the UC, IT, and AV sector.
  • Generate leads and develop lasting, trusted relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and influencers within UC, IT, and AV integrators to enhance customer experience.
  • Arrange and attend meetings with customers to update them on new products and technologies, ensuring Shure remains their manufacturer of choice.
  • Drive customer engagement through training, demo and workshops of Shure products.
  • Support customers and manage inquiries; execute customer events.
  • Participate in tactical and strategic planning to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM reporting and forecasting.
  • Provide regular market updates and sales potential insights, and stay informed about competitor successes and new trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to discuss e.g., regional, and global activities, trends or issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Professional experience in the AV, UC, and/or IT markets working for a manufacturer, integrator, or distributor. Existing relationships or networks within the UC / AV industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the UC market and the operations of resellers and integrators. Technical understanding of various UC solutions.
  • Confident, passionate professional who excels in building efficient and trusted relationships.
  • Team player skilled in collaborating with internal and external departments for optimal outcomes.
  • Skilled presenter capable of developing and managing key relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers (management, purchasing managers, or IT managers).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
