Responsibilities

  • Conduct workplace investigations and support supervisors in conflict prevention and resolution.
  • Assist with events, training sessions, and perform basic payroll and benefits activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements to minimize liability exposure.
  • Participates in employment functions such as new hire orientation, interviewing, scheduling, and full-cycle recruiting.
  • Handle requests from various stakeholders, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors on labor issues and communicate disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct termination interviews and compile statistical reports.
  • Manage physical files and handle administrataive HR tasks.
  • Control and payment of cafeteria/transportation services.
  • Support salary and benefits processes.
  • Follow up on "Issues Tracker" System.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and represent HR in production meetings.
  • Advise and coach managers and associates on HR policies and programs.
  • Performs other duties as required.

 

Qualifications

  • Schedule availability First and Second Shift
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Bussines Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR.
  • Proficiency in English (90%)
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Regulations
  • Experience with salary, benefits, and payroll.
  • Knowledge in cafeteria and transportation services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple shifts and plants.
  • Team-oriente4d with a proactive approach.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and objectives.
