Shure is looking for a Tax Manager to join our Finance team located in Niles, IL. The Tax Manager will have overall responsibility for U.S. federal and state tax including tax compliance, financial reporting for tax (ASC 740), tax planning and controversies. We’re also open to hiring a tax senior with the right qualifications and experience to fill this role. This position can be hybrid from the chicagoland area or remote across the US.

We are looking for someone with an embedded software background that is looking into a role that defines the front end needs of new products and features. You will be the glue that helps our development and test teams understand what they are being asked to implement and test. You will be an integral member of Shure’s product development division. To reinforce our Global Web team we are looking for a Backend Developer / DevOps Engineer.
As Backend Developer / DevOps Engineer you will be part of the global web team and in constant contact with team members and stake holders in Eppingen, Hong Kong and other Shure offices. You will work closely with design engineering/product teams, operations engineering, quality, supply management, component suppliers, distributors and Contract Electronics Manufacturers to provide leadership and support to validate the selection and use of components to ensure compliance to the published strategies. The goal is to achieve best in class quality, competitive costs, consistent on-time delivery and time to market for Shure products.
This position can be 80% remote, 20% onsite from the immaculate Niles, IL Headquarters!
