The SV Engineer I designs, develops and implements advanced scripts to validate cloud software systems, analyze system performance and resolve issues through collaboration with the systems engineering and development teams.

  Quality Engineer Ensures that the product meets the established specifications by implementing controls, tests, inspections, audits, analysis, improvements, and corrective and preventive actions.

The Corporate Quality Engineer, provides Quality Engineering services to Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Service, and Plant Quality. Plans, develops, implements, and maintains quality standards for Shure products.  Ensures that quality standards and requirements are met.

Supplier Quality Engineer provides Supplier Quality Engineering services for production, engineering and PDD. Ensures that parts for new products meet quality standards. evaluate the overall performance of suppliers. Report quality problems to the supplier. Acts as a liaison betwwen supplier, purchasing, production plants and product development teams. Attends receiving inspection with raw material quelity issues.

SQT Technician selects the appropriate equipment to measure and verify the reported dimensions and records the information in database/report format for review with Supplier Quality Engineers or other support departments. Updates inspection plans with relevant information and supports assembly lines and inspection department receipts.

Work in conjunction with New Product Sourcing, Commodity Management, Engineering, SQE, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to manage day-to-daycurrent supplier procurement to pay activities. Expediting and mitigation of part shortages has the highest priority in terms of the job function as well as avoiding unnecessary excess/obsolete inventory. Monitors supplier performance on lead time and deliveries and initiates flexibility and reliability improvements as required. He/she is responsible for the health and continuous improvement of individual metrics, which is measured daily and monthly. Support/ co-lead projects or activities to better support department goals or driving department continuous improvement.

Primary role of automation engineer will be creating, designing test automation for new or existing applications. Automation that you will write covers service level, integration, end to end and regression testing. You must be well versed with OOPs concept and in-depth knowledge about Data structure, algorithm and software engineering. In this position, you will use a variety of mainstream and open source technologies like Java, Python as well as in-house Shure technologies. SUMMER 2023 Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate students that have completed at least 2 years of college, as well as graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses.
