As the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), you will navigate one of the biggest stages across the globe. With offices and production sites around the world, we manage a complex financial footprint. You will provide financial support to business partners. Serve as the primary finance touchpoint for all financial advice, analysis and support for budgets, forecasts, and results. Support the global FP&A organization and the broader finance function as global process owners for planning, reporting, forecasting, financial analysis and data governance. Support global process improvements, financial systems initiatives and innovations in analysis and forecasting. This position is an individual contributor managerial role.
In your role as Project Manager (Marketing), you will work cross functionally to drive coordinated product and market planning activities within the Product Development Lifecycle. Global Compliance Engineer (all genders)
- Subject matter expert: You coordinate all applicable regulatory approvals for Shure products in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and provide pre-compliance and compliance support to Shure sales departments and local distributers.
- Your team: Working in Eppingen (Germany), you contribute to Global Compliance projects handled in an international team in the U.S. and Asia
- Networking: You develop good relationship and establish communication with regulatory bodies of the EMEA region and thus develop regulatory strategies and procedures for new products that require regulatory approval

This is what you bring:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in electrical engineering or a related field
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience in one or more of the following working areas:
- Product Compliance and Governmental Regulatory procedures/requirements
- RF Type Approvals/Homologation certifications
- Test laboratory (e.g. RF, EMC, Safety, WEEE, ROHS, Battery Waste Management)
- Spectrum related matters
- Technical affinity: Analyzing testing standards and regulatory requirements, basic knowledge in test methods for wireless RF audio systems (e.g. EN300328, EN300422-1, etc.)
- Language skills: Fluent in English and confident in French language (spoken and written)
- Personality: You have an analytic mindset with good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills

In your role as Senior Logistics Analyst, you will assist with developing solutions that affect the global supply chain and distribution in support of improvement initiatives.
