AI与数字化应用

• 利用 ChatGPT、Microsoft Copilot、Power Automate 等工具优化采购工作流程
• 发掘采购日常工作中的自动化机会并提出改善方案
• 协助开发和维护自动化报表、数据看板和工作模板
• 参与采购流程标准化和数字化项目

数据分析与运营支持

• 运用 Excel、Power BI 等工具进行数据整理和分析
• 支持供应商交付、库存、采购订单等运营数据分析
• 协助准备管理层决策所需的数据和报告

采购业务学习

• 学习采购订单管理、供应商管理及供应链运作流程
• 在导师指导下参与采购日常运营工作
• 逐步掌握 Buyer 的基础工作内容和业务逻辑

我们期待这样的你

基本要求

• 本科及以上学历在读
• 供应链、物流、工业工程、数据分析、计算机、信息管理等相关专业优先
• 熟练使用 Excel
• 对 AI 工具、数字化技术和自动化应用有浓厚兴趣
