Overview

A technical project manager responsible for driving intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives. Provides technical decision-making, system integration leadership, multi-project management, and end-to-end delivery of digitalization projects. Ensures successful project implementation, mass production readiness, and standardized deployment across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of intelligent manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational strategies, and production requirements.
  2. System Integration & Digital Manufacturing Deployment

Lead the implementation and integration of MES, WMS, manufacturing automation systems, and other digital platforms to enable seamless, efficient, and data-driven manufacturing operations.

  1. Drive technology evaluation, solution architecture design, and technical decision-making to ensure robust, scalable, and sustainable manufacturing solutions while mitigating technical risks.
  2. Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, and performance management, ensuring successful implementation and realization of expected business benefits.
  3. Coordinate manufacturing sites, corporate functions, engineering teams, IT and external suppliers to ensure effective governance, execution alignment, and timely resolution of project issues.
  4. Establish standardized intelligent manufacturing frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices to support scalable deployment and replication across multiple manufacturing sites.
  5. Proactively identify and manage technical, operational, and project risks; implement mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working, ensuring sustained business value and operational transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environments.
  • Proven experience leading intelligent manufacturing, automation, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational excellence principles.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and change management practices. PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, leads complex initiatives, and drive results in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in a global business environment.

Willingness to travel internationally as required to support project implementation and factory deployment.
