Overview

Overall support QC leader to perform product quality sampling inspection and in-process quality audit on the line. Support quality engineers quality issue data collect, analyze and report preparation during new product launch, transition and mass production phases.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for quality inspection and monitoring during the products production process to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards;
  2. Conduct inspections according to standards on in-process products (IPQC), finished products (FQC/OQC), and maintain complete inspection records and reports;
  3. Assist in handling quality abnormalities in the production site, participate in defect analysis, root cause identification, and follow-up on improvements;
  4. Assist in maintaining and optimizing quality inspection standards, work instructions, and other quality documents;
  5. Participate in quality validation and introduction during new product trial production phase, raise early warnings and improvement suggestions for potential quality risks;
  6. Complete other quality-related tasks assigned by the QC leader.

Qualifications

  1. High school or Technical School or above;
  2. 5 years working experience in Quality Inspection;
  3. Familiar with IPQC/OQC working process;
  4. Logical thinking and basic problem solving skill;
  5. Very good team work and customer orientation mindset;
  6. Can work under high pressure;
