Overview

Overall support quality leaders and engineers quality inspection, data analyze and report during new product launch, transition and mass production phases. Utilize problem solving and quality tools to support quality issues (external customer complaint and internal major issues) data collection, analyze and initiate quality report for further review.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for quality inspection and monitoring during the products production process to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards;
  2. Conduct inspections according to standards on in-process products (IPQC), finished products (FQC/OQC), and maintain complete inspection records and reports;
  3. Assist in handling quality abnormalities in the production site, participate in defect analysis, root cause identification, and follow-up on improvements;
  4. Assist in maintaining and optimizing quality inspection standards, work instructions, and other quality documents;
  5. Perform statistical analysis on key quality data, regularly produce quality analysis reports, and suggest reasonable improvement actions;
  6. Cooperate with ISO internal/external system audits, prepare and organize relevant quality documentation;
  7. Participate in quality validation and introduction during new product trial production phase, raise early warnings and improvement suggestions for potential quality risks;
  8. Complete other quality-related tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  1. Have Intermediate math, computer skill.
  2. Read, understand and follow inspection instruction
  3. Use small hand tools and gages (i.e. micrometers, calipers, etc.)
  4. Ability to identify basic electronic components, understand simple technical drawings, BOM, and process files, and familiarity with common testing tools and instruments
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of effective cooperation with production, engineering, and warehousing departments.
  6. Can provide technical inspection training to inspectors.
  7. Experience with ISO9001 quality management system preferred, possessing relevant system or quality certifications is a plus.
  8. Excellent data analysis skills, meticulous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility.
  9. Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT etc.), skilled in data organization and report preparation
  10. Basic English reading and writing skills, capable of reading simple technical documents and specifications in English, and handling basic email correspondence in English
  11. Associate’s degree or higher;
  12. preferably in electronics, measurement and control, quality management, mechanical engineering, computer science or related engineering fields.
  13. 1-3 years of relevant quality work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, with experience in PCBA, assembly, and electronic components preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
  14. Familiar with IPQC/FQC working process
  15. Knowledge of basic quality management tools and methods, such as QC 7 tools, sampling inspection, and statistical analysis.
  16. Logical thinking and basic problem solving skill.
  17. Very good team work and customer orientation mindset.
