In this role you will play a pivotal role in educating, consulting and advising for Shure Collaboration & Conferencing Solutions that keep organizations connected and collaborators in sync. If you're a problem-solving enthusiast with an eye for detail and a knack for translating complex technical requirements into practical solutions, we want to hear from you! You will report to the Director Sales Benelux and the role is based onsite/hybrid in Culemborg (Netherlands).

 

Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and propose optimal Shure solutions for complex AV environments.
  • You will design and present technical solutions, including system architecture, design integration strategies, and workflow optimization, tailored to customer needs.
  • You will deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • In addition you will support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs/RFIs, preparing technical documentation, and assisting with solution proposals.
  • And you will provide advanced technical support for Shure product lines, including software, firmware, networking, and wireless systems.
  • You will develop and deliver training programs for customers and partners, including certification, webinars, and hands-on workshops.
  • You will gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product improvements and future solution development.
  • You will advise customers on product specification, selection, and integration, including complementary technologies (e.g., limiters, equalizers, compressors).
  • You will represent Shure at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings as a technical expert and solution advocate.
  • And you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, AV standards, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and best practices.
  • Of course you will also collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Service) to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

  • Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience and minimum 2-3 years of work experience.
  • Strong technical background with emphasis on AV, UC/IT, and integrated systems applications.
  • Experience in pre-sales engineering, solution design, or technical consulting for AV or UC/IT solutions.
  • Solid understanding of audio network protocols, IT infrastructure, and system integration principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience with customer workflow analysis, solution design, and change management is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and sharing of technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and remote collaboration tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required (national and international).
