Are you a passioned Human Resources professional seeking for a new exciting challenge?

 

As Senior Specialist Human Resources you will provide generalist HR support to Associates in a wide variety of departments, divisions, and levels under minimal supervision of the Associate Director Human Resource.  You will work closely with management and HR team members in the implementation of corporate policies, programs, projects and initiatives related to performance management, talent acquisition, retention, engagement, analysis, administration, organizational design and Associate development. This role is based in Eppingen (Germany).

 

Responsibilities

  • You will advise and coach managers and Associates in certain countries within the EMEA region in all personnel-related topics, such as interpretation of HR policies and programs, payroll and benefits administration, making or recommending decisions consistent with the Company’s culture and business objectives.
  • You will support various HR topics such as new hire orientation, interviewing, scheduling and full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
  • You will administer programs, procedures and plan related to Associate and HR activities.
  • You will ensure that legal requirements are met in terms of Associate activities and general HR compliance to minimize exposure to liability.
  • You will participate in HR Divisional Projects as a team member.
  • You will facilitate training sessions.
  • You will handle administrative tasks related to HR efforts and Company Car Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and minimum of 5 years of experience
  • You have demonstrated generalist knowledge, including Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, HR Analytics, and Compliance as well as full understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • You are able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • You demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope.
  • You have the ability to resolve issues on a timely basis and to build rapport, establish and maintain effective working relationships; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You show solid time management, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ideally you gained experience supporting multiple locations, including global locations.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other languages are a plus.
  • You show good business acumen, are able to develop an understanding of business operations and how HR practices support organizational goals and business results.
