Overview

We are seeking candidates for the position of Incoming Auditor.

This role is responsible for auditing, testing, and inspecting raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.

Responsibilities

  1. Understands and uses inspection instructions, test plans, inspection plans, process instructions, engineering drawings, etc.
  2. Utilizes SAP for materials lists, engineering drawings, material location, inspection plans, material movements, etc.
  3. Performs visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of materials, sub-assemblies, and products following the appropriate instructions.
  4. Understands and applies sampling plans.
  5. Uses measurement and testing instruments such as calipers, micrometers, ohmmeters, and rulers.
  6. Operates vision system equipment, including the Keyence VHX and Keyence VR3200, etc.
  7. Uses coordinate measuring machines, such as the Romer Arm, OGP, and CMM.
  8. Prepares reports and fills out records of inspections, audits, and other activities.
  9. Reports discrepancies in inspection plans.
  10. Interprets drawings using Geometric and Dimensional Tolerancing (GD&T) methodology.
  11. Conducts reliability testing on raw materials.
  12. Generates quality notifications for defects found in raw materials.
  13. Has the ability to follow instructions for conducting electrical tests.
  14. Possesses knowledge of ESD for the inspection of electronic components.
  15. Performs other activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Technical degree in electronics
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • 65% proficiency in English (able to read instructions in English)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under goal-oriented conditions
  • Good interpersonal skills (Interaction with Receiving, Warehouse, Planners, and SQE)
