Regional Security Manager

Shure is seeking a seasoned security expert to join our Global Security Team, providing a thrilling opportunity to enhance our security operations across our facilities in Europe and Asia. You will work from our Waltham Abbey Distribution centre.

In this role, you'll be a crucial player, traveling to various locations, building strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners. Your mission: to conduct comprehensive physical assessments of our facilities, recommending cutting-edge and cost-effective security solutions that perfectly align with our divisional priorities and budgets.

If you thrive in busy varied environments and have experience working with global or regional teams supporting global incident management and travel risk management programs, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Your proactive nature will shine as you monitor alerts and intelligence, providing essential support to HR and Workplace & Security teams. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in regional crisis management teams, facilitating critical decision-making during times of need.

Additionally, you'll play a vital role in fostering a security-aware culture among our Associates, contractors, and visitors. By promoting situational awareness and sharing insights on security conditions and trends, you will help cultivate a strong, informed, and engaged community.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of corporate security experience required including experience working for a global organization. 
• Fluent English skills required, ability to work in a second language is a plus.
• Health and safety experience is a plus.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
