Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Supervisor!

You will oversee the inflow and outflow of mercandise, including finished products, raw materials, and goods, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking through our SAP system. Your key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels to meet production demands and ensuring timely deliveries. You will also supervise and train associates in receiving, storing, and shipping materials and finished products. Responsibilities

  1. Supervises warehouse staff and directs training to ensure personnel are always available to perform vaious departmental functions.
  2. Monitors the performance of staff under their charge and makes recommendations for promotion, transfer, warning, or termination.
  3. Assist in the preparation and updating of warehouse budgetgs, policies, procedures, and training programs.
  4. Supports management in overseeing personnel to achieve effectiveness in inventories, reporting, and locations.
  5. Reports the arrival of materials from other plants and suppliers.
  6. Supervises the generation of requisitions for ordering items for the Tool Crib.
  7. Orders and maintains a minimum balance of packaging materials used in all areas
  8. Keeps department equipment and operational tools in optimal condition.
  9. Ensures the solvent room remains safe and in good condition.
  10. Controls non-conforming materials located in the warehouse.
  11. Maintains optimal levels of order, cleanliness, and safety within the department.
  12. Conducts cyclical inventories with the inventory analys.
  13. Works with the production team to analyze root causes of production issues and implements appropriate corretive and, if applicable, preventive actions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field
  • Over 3 years of relevant experience managing warehouse personnel
  • 70% proficiency in English
  • SAP
  • Skilled in Forklift Operation
  • Effective team management capabilities
