Responsibilities

  • Developing a strategic production plan by organizing and sequencing tasks effectively.
  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Taking proactive measures to minimize production delays and ensuring targets are met.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy aligns with established objectives.
  • Managing inventory levels of operating and indirect materials at the Tool Crib to support production activities.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with ISO operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Expediting materials to meet production schedules and demands.
  • Handling any material changes in the Bill of Materials (BOM) with precision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in materials management, production control, and warehouse operations.
  • High proficiency in English (85%).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with ISO-9000 standards.
  • Expertise in Master Scheduling.
  • APIC's Certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent supervision skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Superior communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.
