Overview

Reporting to the Sales Lead for India, the Specialist II, Market Development, will be part of the India Sales team. He/she will be responsible for driving the market growth for our AV & UC products and services. The Specialist will be involved in market analysis, strategic planning, and partnership development to identify new business opportunities and enhance market presence as well as ensure that our solutions meet market demands and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the Conferencing and Unified Communication space.
  • Monitor and analyze market performance metrics to inform on strategic decisions and optimize market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients as well as our distributor to understand their needs and ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Help to create and execute go-to-market plans, including launch strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in national and international trade fairs for networking within the industry as well as internal national and international sales and marketing meetings.
  • Support developing sales tools and training programs to enable sales teams to effectively position and sell our Unified Communication solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for our solutions.
  • Reflect and validate analyzed sales information from business analytics to support multi-year planning and budgeting.
  • Reflect and validate analyzed sales information from Demand Planning to review forecast.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Communication / Business Administration or related fields.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to manage numerous projects and prioritize goals.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative and able to interface with a variety of audiences.
  • Fluent spoken and written French and English skills, additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel
