Engineer Sr, Global Compliance

Under minimal supervision of Manager of Global Compliance, the Sr. Global Compliance Engineer coordinates all applicable regulatory approvals on projects, provides pre-compliance and compliance testing support. maintains good relationship with third party and suppliers, assists in maintaining factory inspection and ISO.

1. Identifies and documents product approval requirements for projects.
2. Plans and performs pre-compliance and compliance testing.
3. Works with outside test laboratory for compliance testing and submits test reports for agency approvals.
4. Assists in troubleshooting approval failures
5. Facilitate ODM approvals with high effectiveness of time and cost in collaboration with labs and agencies.
6. Keep improving internal process for ODM approvals.
7. Builds solid relationship with 3^rd lab and agencies to get better support for business
8. Maintains/Assists multi factory audits per agency requirement such as UL, CQC, TUV, KTL, etc.
9. Additional duties as assigned. 

1. BS Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
2. 6+ years of related experience with regulatory agency approvals.
3. Thorough knowledge of RF communications systems, analog and digital. Bluetooth related is preferred
4. Basic knowledge of compliance measuring instrumentation.
