Join our team as the Rockstar Market Development Associate Manager for Conferencing! 

At Shure, you'll help driving sales of our innovative product lines by engaging directly with key end users, AV integrators, and channel partners in South America.

Responsibilities

  • Executes strategic plans to seed and go-to-market with new products and technologies.
  • Develops and executes education programs and presentations with Sales Management to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Company product categories.
  • Identifies, researches, evaluates and prioritizes market leads and opportunities to influence purchases and specifications with key global end users and influencers.
  • Monitors and reports on competitive activity, both from a product and market development standpoint.
  • Schedules, coordinates, and conducts training sessions to educate distribution partners and end users on product benefits and sales techniques as well as monitor and report on effectiveness of education/training efforts.
  • Provide in-person support for critical applications territory wide. Assists with the design of systems. Troubleshoot product and design issues over the phone, in person or via email.
  • Identifies and forms relationships with potential customers outside of current Company revenue stream.
  • Work with Marketing on technical and logistical support for conferences, seminars, and other special events.
  • Assist distribution partners in identifying and closing leads and opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience using skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a comprehensive commercial & technical knowledge of audio.
  • Knowledge of audio DSP technology.
  • Background or experience within Audio Visual Integration, Video Conferencing, and related fields is preferred.
  • CTS-D certification a plus.
  • Experience in designing AV complete solutions for complex projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft products desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP software a plus.
  • Organized, with excellent follow-up credentials.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrable leadership ability.
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to travel minimum 75% of time.
  • Language Skills: Portuguese and Spanish required. English desired.
