Group Leader, Warehouse

Coordinates the receipt and dispatch of goods (Finished Products, Raw Materials) and manager their movements through the SAP system.

Ensures there is sufficient material to meet production demands and timely delivery. Oversees the activities of the personnel under their supervision.

• Coordinates the activities of the personnel under his/her supervision.
• Assists in supervising personnel to ensure effectiveness in inventory management, reporting, and material location.
• Reports the arrival of materials.
• Orders and maintains a minimal balance of materials used across all areas.
• Keeps the department's equipment and operational tools in optimal condition.
• Controls non-conforming materials located in the warehouse.
• Maintains optimal levels of order, cleanliness, and safety in the department.
• Supports the resolution of production issues to provide appropriate corrective and, if applicable, preventive actions.

• Shure employees applying as candidates must have an excellent attendance record, no more than 3 unexcused absences within a six-month period; and have been with the company for at least 6 months.
• External candidates must have at least one year of experience in the position.
• High School education.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Availability to switch to the first or second shift if required by the company's needs.
