Overview

Under the direction of the warehouse supervisor, responsible for recording material receipts and assigning storage locations.

Processes requisitions in the SAP system. Works with production staff to correct issues that arise.

Notifies the warehouse supervisor or inventory analyst when inventory discrepancies are detected.

Maintains the files for all documents generated in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

1. Records material receipts.
2. Records the issuing of materials requested through requisitions.
3. Assigns storage locations in the SAP system for received materials.
4. Maintains internal control to clarify differences in material receipts.
5. Notifies the cycle counting department of discrepancies in material receipts.
6. Receives materials returned from production, adjusts inventories if necessary, and assigns storage locations.
7. Keeps track of all documents generated in the warehouse.
8. Assists production staff in the warehouse.
9. Maintains attendance records for warehouse staff.
10. Generates accuracy charts for material deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Shure employees applying as candidates must have excellent attendance record (no more than 3 unexcused absences within a 6-month period). And at least 6 months of tenure with the company.
  • External candidates must have at least one year of experience in the position.
  • High School Education.
  • 50% proficiency in English (desirable) with the ability to understand written documentation in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and achieve goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic.
  • High sense of responsibility.
