The Shure Hyderabad location operational since June 2019 will be leveraged to expand and grow the global IT applications team in India.  The applications landscape at Shure spans across different technologies including AWS, Azure, SAP (ECC, CPI, IBP, BW, ..), Salesforce, Boomi, Sharepoint, Service Now, Tableau and other technologies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies, and proficiency in Python. Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI or Azure AI, as well as knowledge of SharePoint, is highly desirable. The ability to adapt to technology shifts and embrace new tools and frameworks as needed is essential.

• Collaborate with the global team and participate in all phases of the initiatives including requirement gathering, blueprint, design, development, and implementation of innovative Web solutions using AI technologies
• Understand business requirements and assist with the formulation of solution options and design recommendations
• Design, build and implement flexible, scalable, sustainable web solutions that meet business needs
• Proactively identify and execute improvements to maintain and support the current landscape, perform housekeeping tasks to optimize the system resource availability and utilization
• Proactively identify improvements and implement enhancements to existing functionality to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in projects for the company’s Intranet and other web technologies
• Provide routine support to business users and functional teams to:
• Resolve Service Desk tickets and Requests in accordance with agreed upon SLAs
• Respond to inquiries and assist with trouble shooting issues and user training
• Introduce Best Practice and process improvement ideas wherever appropriate
• Actively participate as a member of the IT team in activities that include communications, status meetings and internal initiatives
• Adhere and contribute to general IT processes, procedures and policies
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation, including standards, methodologies, technical documentation, and change management processes and re-inforce the use of the change management process
• Be able to take ownership of assigned tasks and carry out until full completion with minimal supervision
• Identify and evaluate technical solutions while providing guidance on the use of new technologies
• Demonstrate great troubleshooting skills, set up war room troubleshooting when needed and include team members for fast issue resolution

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2 to 4 years of web design and web development
• Proven experience as a Python developer (minimum 2 years).
• Strong experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including .NET, ASP.NET, and Azure.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Demonstrable experience with AI/ML integration, using LLMs like OpenAI, Llama, LaMDa, Clause using orchestrator and Transformers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, scalable and highly available web technology solutions
• Ability to create detailed design documents, providing inputs to high level design documents, solution architecture.
• Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
• Experience working with an understanding of relational database management systems such as SQL Server, NO SQL database like Azure Cosmos
• Working knowledge with Visual Studio Team Services, Visual Studio 2010/2013/2015, Visual Studio Code and ReSharper.
