Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative programs and field events focused on driving sales growth and enhancing Shure's market presence, with a strong focus on end-users in the conferencing systems sector.

Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with key end-users, influencers, and consultants. Provide technical support, product demonstrations, sales calls, and training activities that generate demand and create revenue opportunities.

Market Intelligence: Collect, analyse, and report on customer leads and market trends to inform Shure's product development and marketing strategies.

Event Management: Develop and execute educational programs, presentations, conferences, seminars, and events to promote Shure's products with a focus on end-user needs. Oversee technical and logistical support to ensure success.

Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement new processes and workflows to enhance the Market Development and Training & Education programs tailored to regional needs.

Support & Innovation: Provide invaluable input to Product Planners and Product Marketing Specialists while closely monitoring competitive activities.

Revenue Generation: Identify and create new revenue opportunities by matching end-users with Shure's cutting-edge products and applications.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

Industry Expertise: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products.

Technical Skills: Extensive experience in providing audio technical support, audio design, and audio equipment setup, particularly within conferencing systems.

Industry Experience: Background in 1-2 areas such as touring production, theater production, integration, conferencing, broadcasting, or networking.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Do you thrive in meeting new people and managing diverse relationships?

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of audio DSP technology and expert troubleshooting skills. Are you quick to learn new technologies?

Project Management: Detail-oriented with effective time management skills. Able to juggle multiple assignments and see projects through to successful completion.

Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel up to 50% annually, including some weekends.
