Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

Working as ME engineer for drive CR changes to BOM, process and other impact manufacturing system configuration. Co-ordinate both internal/external of plant for SAP/MII related setup and maintenance, validation to ensure the production in a correct way.

1. Analysis and solution to problems and / or escalations of the first level support reports in the manufacturing area.
2. Escalate problems with Data Team for all orders with wrong BOM configuration
3. Co-work with MOL MEs, plant other owned-function and Engineer Service team about the CRs for approval and implementation.
4. Coordinate ME team about the select lot process and related documentation
5. Second level of Verification, implementation of MPS/LPS in MII system.
6. Create new routings for the BRT and transition products.
7. BOM structure validation
8. Develop, maintenance and update of local readiness tooling for new BOMs
9. Other duties as assigned.

1. Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals both internal of plant and external.
2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and understand common process problems
3. Knowledge and proven use experiences of SAP ECC and MII/MES.
4. Knowledge of CR process and understand the BoM structure for different products.
5. Logical thinking and problem-solving skill
