Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination: Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to strategize, plan, and launch impactful marketing projects. Ensure flawless execution across multiple campaigns and media channels.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with Marketing Leads and various teams including Brand & Content, PR, Social Media, Web, and Creative Services to develop compelling marketing materials tailored for a global audience.
  • Asset Handling: Streamline asset management, ensuring timely delivery to agencies and media partners while tracking their deployment across campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, offering actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist Marketing Leads in efficiently managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to keep abreast of market trends, needs, and competitive landscape, informing our marketing strategies.
  • Media Space Coordination: Support media planning and buying across digital, social, and traditional platforms in collaboration with external vendors and agencies.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for candidates in an international B2B environment and those familiar with technology products or services.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong grasp of advertising, campaign management, and digital marketing principles, along with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical Skills: Adept at interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Independent and Collaborative Worker: Self-motivated with a knack for working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think outside the box to solve challenges.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Agency Management: Experience in fostering strong relationships with external marketing agencies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective in engaging in constructive discussions with cross-functional partners.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading skills and a keen eye for good copy and impactful visuals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Global Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and virtual teams across different time zones and geographies.
