We have an excellent opportunity for a mid to senior level SAP MM/PP Analyst to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. This IT Analyst will primarily support SAP Production Planning (PP) & Materials Management (MM), by supporting our manufacturing plants and serving as the primary liaison with business stakeholders. This hands-on role involves day-to-day application support (Level 1 and 2), SAP configuration and collaborating on global SAP projects to implement new capabilities.

• Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and train all SAP PP and MM processes.
• Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP MM, SAP PP, and other related modules.
• Work with global SAP teams to ensure cohesive system solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert SAP functional advice, and present solution designs.
• Continuously review and propose enhancements to SAP technologies and processes.
• Support data governance processes and adhere to established security and data standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Expertise in SAP PP and SAP MM with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of SAP LE, SAP WM, and integration points across relevant modules (QM, FICO, WM, SD) is a plus. We are also willing to training this IT analyst on these modules.
• Proficiency in SAP technical tools and functionalities (LSMW, IDOCs), with SAP S/4HANA experience as a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to flexible work hours if needed.
