Overview

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Payroll specialist assists in the general tasks of the Department, through the capture of information on computer equipment; preparation of various reports, general filing functions, data capture, copying, preparation and distribution of documents

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for keeping the ADP database (HR database) updated as it relates to department changes, admissions, leave, and supervisor changes.
  • Responsible for keeping eTime ("Time and Attendance" system) up to date with associate information and sending payroll to NOMITEK (payroll provider).
  • Fill out documents related to payroll payment and send them to Nomitek.
  • Assists in the preparation of documents required for new hires, including the badge. Likewise, support in the induction course regarding the payroll process.
  • Provides support to eTime users to obtain payroll reports.
  • Takes charge of the loan/savings withdrawal process, employee letters and receipt printing, including attention to staff in general.
  • Make calculation, dispersion and purchase order for the payment of food vouchers (Sí Vale).
  • Download retention and modification notices from Infonavit, as well as advice to staff.
  • Collaborate and participate in the organization of social and sports activities.
