To reinforce our Benelux Sales Team we are looking for a


Account Manager Integrated Systems


Reporting to the Sales Director Benelux you are part of the Shure Benelux Sales organization and play a major role in the market of Integrated Systems through developing sales opportunities and achieving sales targets. This position is based in the Netherlands and can be remote or hybrid.


  • You are responsible for managing existing customers and gaining new customer contacts.
  • Hereby you will cooperate with Shure partners such as end customers, consultants, distributors and integrators as well as support and acquire new Integrated Systems clients, especially in the area of Corporate, Government and Education.
  • Your sales area concentrates on the Netherlands.
  • In addition you will handle general customer support, such as order tracking, inquiry processing, organization, product training and execution of customer events and trade fairs.
  • You are actively involved in tactical and strategic planning of new initiatives within the region.
  • Further on you will provide regular information on the market situation, competition and new trends by regularly meeting with customers and other industry contacts.
  • In your sales area you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, as well as opportunities and forecast data within Salesforce is as well part of your duties.


  • You are a confident personality with a successful business degree.
  • You should have minimum 5-7 years of relevant sales experience with consistent professional development.
  • Your IT network knowledge is profound.
  • Technical understanding in different professional audio applications is an advantage.
  • A smart appearance and good communications skills are essential for this customer facing role.
  • Native Dutch in addition to fluent English is needed.
  • You are willing to travel.
