Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Integration Developer to join our team. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integration solutions using the SAP Cloud Platform Integration suite. The ideal candidate should have experience with development, API design, and integration solutions. This is an open position in our growing, high-performing IT team, the team responsible for strategic planning and contribution to business value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integration flows using SAP CPI to integrate various systems and applications, both on-premise and cloud-based.
  • Developing and configuring integration scenarios using SAP CPI, including data mapping, transformations, routing and error handling.
  • Collaborating with other developers and technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SAP CPI and integration technologies.
  • Documenting technical designs, specifications, and implementation details for future reference.
  • Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any bugs or issues.
  • Work with QA teams to test and troubleshoot integration solutions to ensure they meet the project requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design and develop integration solutions using CPI.
  • Configure and deploy workflows to support integrations.
  • Keep up to date with new platform features and functionalities and suggest process improvements.
  • Participate in activities like, but not limited to, proof-of-concept development and demos
  • Ability to effectively gauge, communicate and mitigate technical debt and risk
  • Other duties as assigned by organization leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design and develop integration solutions using SAP CPI.
  • Knowledge on other Integration tools Boomi/Informatica is a plus
  • Knowledge on programming languages Groovy/JavaScript is a plus
  • Knowledge of core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC is a plus
  • Design and implement data mappings and transformations using CPI.
  • Configure and deploy CPI Integration processes and workflows to support integrations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all integrations.
  • Work with QA teams to test and troubleshoot integration solutions to ensure they meet the project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills and focus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or independently
