Human Resources Specialist

 

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the Human Resources Specialist will provide Human Resources and Administration support to Associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing the externally generated monthly payroll for our locations in Europe and coordinating with internal financial accounting.
  • Administrative tasks from entry to exit of employees such as contract management, creation and maintenance of personnel files, creation of certificates etc.
  • Responsible for absence tracking.
  • Contact person for employees in personnel matters.
  • Handling employment formalities, maintaining Associate data in the HRIS system.
  • Handling general administrative tasks and participating in HR Divisional Projects.
  • Supporting administration of Benefits programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or Commercial Apprenticeship
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience demonstrating a good knowledge of HR Administration.
  • Detail oriented, proven speed and accuracy with excellent organization skills.
  • Good team player with positive working attitude and ethics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, good German and English language skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
  • Experience handling confidential information and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, good knowledge with HRIS systems.
