As a Business Process Analyst, you will serve as the data subject matter expert for all global service stakeholders. You will continue ensure that the current integrity and standards of reporting are maintained. You will monitor, gather, manage, and to preserve the integrity of all levels of data captured through daily business processes. This role will also be responsible provide product related weekly reports to MOL teams at all levels of global service. Also responsible for communication and reporting for all of Global Service Support and the Regional Service Centers.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the documentation of all processes and procedures related to Global Service Support and Regional Service Centers.
  • Creates, updates, documents, and monitors regional and global job aides and work instructions.
  • Working with RSC Managers, Global Service Support, to administer the service process related to the New Production Introduction (NPI) and Discontinued Product Notifications (DPN).
  • Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the tasks related to the Global Service Governance board for the NPI and DPN processes.
  • Responsible for reporting on metrics related to Global Service Support and Regional Service Center processes and procedures.
  • Work directly with all internal and external stakeholders on providing actionable data
  • Assist with the Customer Success Platform (CSP) Service Cloud project, as needed and assigned by Manager, Global Service Support.
  • Establish and maintain version control on all documentation and templates for the entire the Global Service function.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of wide-ranging experience in understanding Service related functions, with responsibility for process documentation and data governance.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Project, Visio and Outlook.
  • Proficient in Tableau, SAP, BW, Salesforce as well as other process documentation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability of coordinating and communicating work instructions and reporting requirements to a diverse team of Service related functions.
  • Must be fluent in the English language with the ability to effectively communicate throughout the organization in both written and verbal form.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience in corporate change management principles.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
  • Travel may be required 1 to 2 times a year.
