Analyst I, Inventory (Warehouse Tech)

Analyzes the warehouse information to generate metrics that help detect opportunities in different warehouse processes. Proposes options for process improvement, audits inventory and new implementations to processes.

• Ensures that inventory reports are run so that raw material requirements are made to external storage site and south plant according to the production plan.
• Ensures that the required material arrives at the plant in time for use in the production areas.
• Analyze warehouse information to implement department metrics.
• Analyze warehouse information to detect process opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Monitor warehouse processes with audits and metrics review.
• Notify different warehouse areas of production priorities.
• It is the point of contact between the warehouse supervisor, production, planning & planning control to ensure that all areas are aligned in what is going to run.
• It ensures that the different storage sites (Impulso, south Plant & North Plant) store the material for which they are planned to store.
• Collaborate with the development and updating of warehouse area procedures.
• Train warehouse staff based on established procedures.
• Audit assortment transactions vs production schedule.
• Audit receipt and storage transactions.
