We are looking for an junior/entry level Compensation Analyst to assists with the development, implementation and administration of global compensation policies and programs.
The Compensation Analyst will advise HR staff and leadership on compensation policies and programs. The analyst will conduct analyses of jobs and salaries in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance. In this role you will also make recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs.
This role will be mostly REMOTE, based out of our Niles, IL office. This position will be required to be in office 1-2 times per month.
Candidates must have 1 to 2 years experience with Compensation and Human Resources.
