Overview

Shure is looking for a Senior SAP Business Transformation Manager to support the upcoming S4 HANA Order to Cash implementation. 

 

You will provide business and technology insights for our SAP ECC to S/4 HANA Order to Cash (OtC) Implementation. This role will take a leadership role in helping to plan, execute and implement this company wide, global transformation. The Senior Manager needs to bring clear strategic thinking, in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA OtC and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging business questions/challenges. This person must also be able to communicate clearly and effectively across all global locations, levels and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and facilitate order to cash transformation discussions and workshops with line of business stakeholders to migrate from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA
  • Developing a roadmap and implementation strategy using next generation SAP order to cash solutions
  • Identify business pain points & manually processes and recommend solutions
  • Articulate clear business outcomes and measurable benefits
  • Recommend solutions that amplify business value using exponential technologies on top of the S/4 digital core
  • Design and implement SAP S4 HANA OtC global template solution that accounts for go to market channels and regional/country specific differences, with emphasis on advising internal Stakeholders on which SAP features to use to fulfill their requirements, rather than “order-taking” on what and how to configure the system
    o Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
    o Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Understand and share learnings around the following in S/4 OtC:
    o Critical master data its purpose in supporting S/4 OTC processes
    o Business Partners for Customers
    o Quotes, Sales Orders, Contracts, Deliveries, Returns, Billing document types, line items categories, and schedule lines
    o Available to Promise (ATP) and/or Advanced Available to Promise (AATP)
    o Variant Configuration and/or Advanced Variant Configuration
    o Rebate agreements and settlements
    o Intercompany and Intracompany Operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business-related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP Order to Cash with minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations from project preparation to go-live, and 5+ years of consulting & matter expert experience
  • 3 years of implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Team lead experience on at least 1 Full life cycle project of S/4HANA Order to Cash
  • 10 years’ experience with digital business process transformation in the manufacturing line of business
  • Familiar with working across global time-zones
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Industry Best Practices – Providing strategy, implementing the solution, demoing functionality and driving business process workshops
  • Experience driving SAP value with RPA, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud are a plus
  • Broad business development and pre-sales background
  • Familiar working across global time zones
  • Ability to work on issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, as well as an understanding of company culture.
  • Able to implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Able to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and business activities.
  • Able to interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
  • Demonstrates the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others, without damaging the relationship.
