Collaborates with regional and global marketing teams on digital campaigns to optimize performance and improve return on investment. They should be passionate about insights and the benefits data informed decisions can bring to an organization.
Plan, build, test, analyze and optimize Data Studio dashboards QA existing dashboards to fix errors and recommend improvements Support Digital Insights ad hoc/business as usual requests Help to establish standardized metrics, benchmarks and goals for the digital funnel Determine functionality that can be leveraged by marketing using Tableau/Salesforce integration Support efforts to onboard Google Analytics 4 Create new or adjust existing queries in BigQuery to support Data Studio dashboards Coordinate with social and paid advertising teams to report on performance Assist with CRM database tasks to maintain database health and performance with tool Validity Support regional and global marketing teams in defining KPIs and UTMs for campaigns Adhere and contribute to internal processes and policies, as well as expanding internal knowledge on analytics functionality used by the company Support projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality Other duties as assigned |
