Assistant Manager, Web Development(Frontend)

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital and Performance Marketing, the Assistant Manager, Web Development is a member of the Global Web team and plays a critical role in supporting Frontend development of both Global and Regional marketing teams in reaching the digital marketing goals.

• Work with other skilled developers in US/Europe to develop web pages/user interfaces/features defined by the Product Manager
• Customize China country site to bring seamless browsing experience using alternative services that are not available to the region.
• Lead regional FE projects that are tailored to Asia. Build campaign landing pages for marketing programs.
• Ensure the China site is working properly and loading quickly.
• Manage Wechat Miniprogram development and functional enhancement with external vendors.
• Maintain Wechat Miniprogram content and create H5 pages
• Create pardot forms/formstack forms to connect with Salesforce CRM
• Manage GA/GA4 event tracking and conversion tracking
• Gather and evaluate user requirements, prepare requirements specification
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline with minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Solid project management experience in managing regional projects
• Proficiency in responsive web design ((X)HTML/CSS, HTML5)
• Knowledge in application conception and application building (PHP, Ruby on rails, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, MySQL, XML)
  • Experience with React, NExtJS, Node.js, Typescript
  • Experience interacting with APIs
• Knowledge in Wechat application Front end development
• Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Experience using Git and project management software such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Great team player, attentive to details, multitasking, self-motivated and strong problem solving and analytical skills
