We are looking for a recruiter with prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Recruiters with 1 year of experience may also apply.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Proven experience conducting and scheduling various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Strong decision-making skills
BS/MS in Human Resources Management
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management system.
1+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency with content management systems
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
