The Integration Architect will be responsible for the planning, coordination, design, development and maintenance of data and application integration solutions. Selected candidate will gather requirements and translate business processes into technical integration requirements and designs. This position requires exposure to industry best practices, technology trends and the ability to balance security with business enabling capabilities. This is a new position on our growing, high-performing IT team, the team responsible for strategic planning and contribution to business value creation


• Collaborating with engineering, product development and marketing teams to understand business needs and architect, build and maintain cost efficient and scalable integration solutions.
• Manages the work efforts of individual contributors with responsibility for coaching and performance management.
• Design and deploy, in an agile environment, assets and code that will help deploy, test, monitor and maintain components and services for our service platforms.
• Work closely with business leads and product owners to understand solution requirements and identify architectural patterns
• Own and manage the technical implementation, monitoring and support of Shure’s integration platform(s)
• Mentor and work alongside other integration engineers to build solutions in an agile / iterative model
• Operate as point person, in terms of platform management of end-to-end integrations across and between any platform hybrid, cloud-to-cloud, on-premises
• Provide leadership and guidance for the development, testing and implementation of integration processes to other integration engineers within the team
• Establish strong relationships with Shure IT and Business associates, participate in requirements gathering workshops and act as a key contributor to the overall solution design
• Participate in activities like, but not limited to, proof-of-concept development and demos of cross-team integration efforts
• Ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives
• Support the existing Boomi, SAP CPI and Informatica platforms including pro-active monitoring, reporting, and working with business users in resolving issues
• Ability to effectively gauge, communicate and mitigate technical debt and risk
• Other duties as assigned by organization leadership


•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Dell Boomiis a must have.
• SAP CPI and Informatica is a plus
• Strong programming skills with experience using Groovy, Javascript
• Experience with Issue and Project Tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Devops)
• Technical understanding of modern web services and integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, (S)FTP, OData, JSON, XML and Open API
• Strong knowledge on SQL, relational and non-relational databases
• Experience designing solutions that integrate with various data warehousing and data lake solutions
• Exceptional integration architecture, design and documentation skills
• Knowledge of integration capabilities of applications like Salesforce, SAP ECC, SAP Hybris, SAP S4, ADP, AWS S3, AWS Redshift, ETQ, Service Now etc.
• Excellent communication, verbal and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team or independently
