In your role as Customer Service Representative, you will record information in our databases pertaining to returns, repairs, product pricing, and orders.

 

This position will be based on-site in our Wheeling, IL location. 

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify Customer returns.
  • SAP data entry of incoming products for repair
  • Responsible for the accuracy of data entered into SAP
  • Process incoming Returns for Credit.
  • Putting stock away in proper locations.
  • Properly package and prepare parts orders for shipment.
  • Verify Product , Condition and processing of all outgoing Repairs
  • Processing outgoing packages using UPS world ship meter
  • Perform cycle counting of parts
  • Assist in Associate training
  • Follow good housekeeping and safety practices

Qualifications

  • 1 year of college or 2 years related experience in Customer Service
  • Strong interpersonal and problem skills
  • Enjoys working with people in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures to assigned tasks
  • Ability to follow established procedures on routine work; requiring detailed instructions only on new assignments.
  • Good computer skills, preferably in Windows environment
  • Excellent math skills
