Senior Customer Relation Specialist (all genders)


  • Your influence: You are the first point of contact for our customers by phone, email or online, building relationships and problem-solving collaborating with others, to ensure our customers are treated to the best possible service from the initial enquiry to a routine update call
  • Our Customers count on you: For our customers you will be their champion, someone who is able to listen to their questions and guide them through placing an order or help with a technical question. You’ll be so much more than a friendly voice; with your flexible approach you will offer plenty of support to our potential customers and follow up leads and qualify them to pass to the best contact for the next steps. You will be collaborating and part of a great team and have a varied, challenging and rewarding role. We offer lots of training on our products which will expand your knowledge to confidently recommend the best solution
  • Subject matter expert: You have a background in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales or related industry and enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Your team: You report to the Regional Sales Lead in the DACH region with a dotted line to the Head of Customer Happiness based in California

This is what you bring:

  • Qualification: At least 3-5 years of extensive work experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales or related industry
  • Language Skills: Confidence and ability to communicate effectively in German, English and French and the care given to truly understand customers’ needs
  • Personality: You are a very good and open-minded communicator online and offline with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. And you have a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service from a face to face, call centre or hospitality background
  • Enthusiasm: You find creative solutions to difficult situations and maintain composure and calm in tough situations and you bring effective team working skills with a can do attitude and a flexible work approach
