Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate students that have completed at least 2 years of college, as well as graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.


The Global Performance Marketing Intern will support the global B2B performance marketing teams with strategic initiatives related to Shure’s key product lines in US & Western Europe. As part of the agile team, you will be a direct contributor to supporting advertising campaign optimization, “micro-conversion” improvements and more. The intern will gain exposure to A/B testing, SEO, social media & more!

This Internship is Hybrid.


  • Support the Performance Marketing team on strategic initiatives
  • Assist with paid media campaigns and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Coordinate creative content available for advertising programs
  • Review analytics reports and make recommendations for improving website performance


  • A junior/senior or recent graduate studying Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • Good understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques.
  • Interest in marketing campaign performance, analytics, and data.
  • Google analytics and Google AdWords or other digital certifications a plus.
  • Prior internship or work experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
