The Specialist I, Customer Experience provides proactive customer support to Sales/Manufacturing Representatives, Channel Partners, Distributors and End Users.


This role will be remote based out of the Bay Area in California. 


  • Proactively interacts with customers, sales representatives, resellers and distributors to recommend a variety of account support, pre-sales solutions, and product application advice.
  • Fields requests for order status updates, product availability, creates return authorizations, and processes requests for invoice adjustments.
  • Maintains direct contact with customers before and/or after order fulfillment.
  • Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
  • Researches customer/prospect history and business needs to develop a high quality relationships.
  • Build relationships with key customers.
  • Works with Salesforce to build and manage business pipeline by interacting with sales reps and channel partners
  • Creates and maintains customer and end user information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Works with various departments to meet sales goals and provides reports to management.
  • Distribute and follow up on sales leads as required.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with zero to 2 years of customer service or Sales experience.
  • Technical knowledge and application of Company products or the aptitude to learn.
  • Working on assignments moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Experience in tech industry sales is a plus
  • Salesforce Experience is preferred.
  • Able to learn to use professional concepts, and applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to network and build stable working relationships internally and with external partners.
  • Good computer skills, preferably in a Windows environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.
