Sales Manager, Integrated Systems


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Systems Sales, the Sales Manager is part of the Shure Benelux Sales organization and plays a major role in the internal vertical market Integrated Systems through developing sales opportunities and achieving sales targets. This position is based in Belgium, hybrid or remote.


  • Responsible for existing customers and gaining new contacts
  • Cooperation with Shure partners such as end customers, consultants, distributors and integrators as well as support and acquisition of new Integrated Systems clients, especially in the area of Corporate, Government and Education
  • The sales area concentrates on Belgium and Luxemburg
  • General customer support is also part of the area of activity, such as order tracking, inquiry processing, organization and execution of customer events and trade fairs
  • Actively involved in tactical and strategic planning of new initiatives within the region
  • Provides regular information on the market situation, competition and new trends by regularly meeting with customers and other industry contacts
  • Responsible for achieving the sales targets for the region
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, as well as opportunity and forecast data in CSP / Salesforce


  • Confident personality with a successful business degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant professional experience and consistent professional development
  • Profound knowledge in IT network topics
  • Technical understanding in different professional audio applications is an advantage
  • A smart appearance is required for this customer facing role
  • Fluent English and French language skills are a plus, in addition to native Dutch
  • Willingness to travel
