In your role as Manager, Software Enablement, you will be responsible for the operational management of Software products purchased by our customers. This role oversees the daily business process and data management of pre-sale, provisioning, post-sale support and renewal cycles. It also is responsible for project initiation and management of project deliverables focused on improving Shure’s Software Operations capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage Software Operations enhancement roadmap with business stakeholders
  • Initiate and oversee projects optimizing Software Operations capabilities
  • Manage business processes supporting customer lifecycle of Software products
  • Manage tools and systems used in support of Software sales, support and license provisioning
  • Ensure Product launch and operational readiness for new and enhanced product offerings
  • Champion data quality and internal efficiency; identify and implement improvements to internal process and systems
  • Manages the coordination of the activities of Software Operations initiatives, including costs, methods and staffing.
  • Provide training to internal and external sales and support teams to ensure compliance with product rules and ordering guidelines
  • Conduct Software product order analysis and report out KPIs to business stakeholders
  • Work with Software product owners on recommendations and changes to product in alignment with Software operations vision and roadmap
  • Serve as reviewer for product exceptions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software related industry or role
  • Experience in Software sales lifecycle managements and project/program management
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to articulate data to audiences of varying levels of knowledge and recommend next steps
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proven leadership and change management experience in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Experience working with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP), Digital Commerce platforms and SaaS products. Flexera or similar product experience desired.
  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
