Overview

 The Senior Specialist, Marketing, is responsible for driving brand preference in end users’ minds through the adaptation of global product launches and creation of localized campaigns that are tailored to the customer’s needs and motivations. This position will support the overall Southeast Asia marketing strategy for Shure of the relevant key verticals markets that we serve across the region. This role is based in our Singapore office. This role is suited for individuals who have an overall marketing/brand experience across all areas of the marketing mix, with specialization in digital/social media applications.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Southeast Asia channel partners to develop in-country marketing activities to launch new products and, promotional activities to drive sales for both online and offline channels
  • Maintenance of monthly and quarterly marketing plans from channel partners
  • Coordinating of marketing leads through key offline and virtual activities, organize and co-ordinate seminars, workshops, and other marketing and sales events
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement offline and/or online campaign and strategies for user acquisition, engagement, or lead generations
  • Work closely with channel partners to develop ecommerce programs to drive traffic, followers and grow online sales across Southeast Asia
  • Plan, design and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media presences and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns (both offline and online), assess against goals and improve digital benchmark
  • Maintenance of monthly Ecommerence channels sales and marketing activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum Six years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated success in guiding, directing, motivating, and mentoring channel partners
  • Demonstrated the ability of strong accountability, resourceful, self-motivation, strong initiative, and ability to anticipate needs; self-starter in accomplishing tasks and solving problems
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences/opportunities and devising marketing campaigns that inform, engage, and convert
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Digital Marketing is essential Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns, UTM, Tag Manager, etc
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and demonstrate key attention to details
  • Experience working with key e-commerce platforms and their online promotional campaigns, a plus
  • Salesforce knowledge a Plus
