Are you looking for a new challenge in Customer Service?   

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fabulous Customer Service Team who are based in Essex. 

 

Can you support our customers to ensure they receive the best service possible

Helping them with orders, quotes and questions? 

Would you enjoy having the responsibility of processing complex orders in our Salesforce and SAP system?

 

This is not your average Customer Service role, we are looking for Customer Service Superstars!  

 

Can you juggle a busy workload and meet the demands of customers?

Are you happy learning and talking in technical jargon to answer pro audio product questions and solving product queries? 

Can you prioritise your own workload, are you able to develop trusted relationships with customers on email , MS teams and by phone? Are you confident in your ability to solve problems and work in a consultative way with internal and external customers?  

 

For our customers  “ The show must go on, on time and with the best products “ and our Customer Service team make this happen... want to join them?
