Reporting to Manager, Integrated Systems Marketing, this position will be responsible for marketing for Integrated Systems (conferencing audio equipment, B2B) Marketing in Japan to enhance marketing communications to end-user/other various outside stakeholders and partner marketing for channel partners, so as to support the business growth. This position takes marketing function as part of the sales division.

This position can be hybrid from our Tokyo office.



  • Support developing effective annual marketing plan as well as plan/execute/assess/report specific marketing programs, including lead/demand generation through websites, advertising, tradeshows, online events, webinars and literatures to grow awareness/consideration among target customer groups and develop conversion/engagement by putting prospective leads on the right sales pipelines
  • Work in global team formation with flexible mindset and stay highly collaborative with worldwide teams i.e. Global/Regional Marketing
  • Leverage global assets to localize/transcreate effectively with attractively fine-tuned messaging and narratives relevant to local integrated systems market in Japan
  • Lead various projects with global/regional web marketing teams on digital content marketing activities targeted to the major markets of corporate, higher education and government
  • Collaborate with outside marketing agencies from planning to execution on digital ads, advertorials, content development, event management etc.


  • Work closely with sales team, market development, product marketing and application engineers to support, cordinate and meet various needs on sales/product related activities in timely manner
  • Manage Shure official training platform and take responsibility on promoting partners to learn various training programs through virtual/on-site seminars as well as content development, in collaboration with sales team
  • Take part of various joint marketing programs with key partners with highly creative mindset to support them to promote Shure products as well as feature them to end-user lead base Shure has


  • Leverage, improve and promote Salesforce and other related SFA/MA tools in proactive manners for holistically managing Leads from expanding lead base to creating journey, handing leads over to sales pipeline to overseeing conversions


  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably major in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or equivalent
  • Experience in working on professional/conferencing audio equipment considered an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in marketing communication for B2B hardware or/and software brands and products are preferred
  • Experience in channel/partner marketing 
  • Able to think inclusively with team work spirit – a MUST
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical, communications and presentation skills
  • Excellence in multi-tasking with attention to detail
  • Advanced Japanese text writing skill, preferably copy writing and/or editing skill
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Computer literacy and skills in applications – Adobe Illutstrator/Photoshop/Acrobat, Sales Force and Marketing Automation tools considered an advantage
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as a must
  • Able to travel, if required
