Under direct supervision of the Director of Global Strategic Accounts, the Global Sales Coordinator II will manage administrative tasks for Global Amazon business.  


  • Maintain meeting notes, recaps and summaries along with priority follow up items
  • Setup and create new products in Amazon Vendor Central
  • Manage product lifecycle in Amazon Vendor Central
  • Setup sales promotion campaigns in Amazon Vendor Central
  • Manage follow up with issues related to Amazon business
  • Upload compliance documents to Vendor Central
  • Other duties as required to support Sales Director


  • 0-2 years of experience working on assignments requiring considerable judgment and self-initiative.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks in creative and effective ways.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have intermediate math skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and literacy in Windows-based software. Amazon Vendor Central experience a plus.
  • Ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments with little supervision.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments in fast paced environment.
  • Must be a self-motivated team player willing to take directions.
  • Up to 10% of travel time may be required. 
  • Knowledge of audio electronics a plus.
