Reporting to Sales Manager, this position leads strategic sales plans and support the business direction to increase sales of Shure Musician & Consumer Audio (MCA) business by field sales and managing channel partners in Music Industry area.

This position can be hybrid from our Tokyo office.


  • You are a strategic thinker paired with a goal-oriented personality and strong technical affinity
  • Lead, negotiate and manage assigned account partner with pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and position the brand as a key brand in the market
  • Expected to maximize Shure product presence in the retail stores by building strong relationship with store managers / staffs
  • Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory & availability, pricing, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions
  • Create strategies to help the sales team reach goals for product revenue to increase company profitability
  • Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy at Shure authorized dealers
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles
  • Become a valuable, accountable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers and create a friendly reputation in the industry
  • Work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network with people to collect competitive market information
  • Represent the brand by building strong relationship with retail partners which may require visiting retail stores nationwide traveling between locations frequently
  • Work closely with marketing team to define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy. Also addressing required sales tools to increase brand awareness at respective channel partner retail space
  • Preparing analytical weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining client records, sales project reports and rounding updates with Salesforce


  • Proven work experience in sales (in MI market, preferred minimum 5+ years)
  • Understanding of latest trend in MI market.
  • Understanding of consumer retail field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Strong communication skills with peers and external clients
