Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, Latin America, participates in programs and field events to support sales growth with focus on the Integrated Systems market. Builds relationships with key end-users and influencers via technical support, product demonstrations, sales calls and training activities. Works independently and with channel partners to generate demand, create revenue opportunities and close sales. Executes B2B and B2C customer technical support for the region. Collects, analyzes and reports on customer leads and market intelligence on Company products, programs, and services.


  • Implements strategic plans to seed and go-to-market with new products and technologies
  • Executes educational programs, presentations, conferences, seminars, clinics and other events with Sales Management to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Company products
  • Identifies, researches, evaluates and prioritizes market leads and opportunities to influence purchases and specifications with key global end-users and influencers
  • Monitors and reports on competitive activity, both from a product and market development standpoint
  • Helps develop, review and provide feedback on global and regional training materials
  • Works with Marketing to develop multimedia educational content and training tools to complement in-person efforts
  • Coordinates training logistics such as venue/room availability, connectivity, virtual training platforms, online learning platforms and training materials to deliver an excellent 360 learning experience
  • Recommends ongoing improvements to the Market Development and Training & Education program to support our global business; proactively implements new processes and work flows
  • Assists with system design
  • Troubleshoots product and design issues over the phone, in person and via email
  • Provides in-person support for critical applications territory wide
  • Identifies and forms relationships with potential customers outside of the current Company revenue stream
  • Creates new revenue opportunities by matching customers, applications and products
  • Schedules, coordinates, and conducts training sessions to educate independent channel partners and end users on product benefits and sales techniques
  • Assists independent channel partners in identifying and closing leads and opportunities
  • Monitors online forums as assigned and reports on items of interest to the Company
  • Provides support for, and input to Product Marketing and Marketing Communications on the Company’s product lines
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience using skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products
  • Extensive experience providing audio technical support, audio design and audio equipment set-up
  • Background or experience with integration, conferencing, broadcasting, or networking
  • Has a full understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope
  • Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoys meeting and dealing with new people
  • Knowledge of audio DSP technology
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments work independently, and see projects through to successful completion
  • Detail oriented, well-organized, and good time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of time when COVID-19 pandemic is controlled.
  • Language skills: Native Spanish required. English a plus
